Berry is an AI-powered home maintenance assistant that provides home issue diagnosis, maintenance scheduling, cost estimates, and repair guidance. Berry is operated by Berry Technologies, Inc. and uses artificial intelligence (including the Anthropic Claude API) to generate recommendations.
Berry offers an auto-renewable subscription, Berry Pro, in the following options: • Berry Pro Monthly — $9.99 per month • Berry Pro Annual — $79.99 per year New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions at any time after purchase. Prices may vary by region and are confirmed before you complete a purchase. Use of the subscription is also governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Berry uses AI to generate home maintenance advice, diagnoses, and cost estimates. This information is for general guidance only. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Berry is not a licensed contractor, inspector, or professional service. Always consult a qualified professional before undertaking significant home repairs, especially those involving electrical systems, plumbing, structural elements, or gas lines. Do not rely solely on Berry's advice for safety-critical decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Berry.
You agree not to use Berry to: • Provide false or misleading information about your home • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Share your account with others or resell access to Berry
Berry and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Berry Technologies, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berry Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Berry. This includes property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from acting on Berry's recommendations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Berry Technologies, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Berry, your violation of these terms, or any home repairs or actions you undertake based on Berry's recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Berry after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Profile page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
